Processing Time & Shipping Rates

  • Processing Time: 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Shipping Time: 6–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Shipping time may vary depending on the destination and carrier delays.

We offer two shipping options:

  • Standard Ship
  • Yunexpress Ship

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 2–4 days for the tracking info to appear.

If tracking is not available immediately, it means the carrier hasn’t scanned the package yet. Tracking will update once it’s in the system.

Partial Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This helps reduce wait time and ensures faster delivery.

Late Deliveries

While we do our best to deliver on time, occasional delays may happen due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customs clearance (for international orders)
  • Weather conditions or holidays

We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Order Confirmation Issues

If you haven’t received an order confirmation, it’s possible the email was entered incorrectly. Contact us at admin@hzprintlab.com and we’ll assist you promptly.

Other FAQs

  • Multiple Addresses: We do not ship a single order to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders.
  • PO Boxes / APO/FPO Addresses: We do ship to PO Boxes and military addresses. APO deliveries may take up to 45 days and tracking may be limited once the order enters the military system.
